Shipping & Returns
At EPMS Global Enterprise, customer care is of utmost priority. Therefore, we take our shipping & returns very seriously and do our best to accommodate you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We can ship to virtually any address in Nigeria. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock. *
All orders with minimum of ₦500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) within Lagos automatically qualify for free delivery (2-10 working days). For faster delivery, please pay based on your zone in the table above.
We would try to keep delays to a minimum.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advise you ensure that your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been sent to you. This includes not only the address that your order is going to, but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sales or other busy periods.
If there is a problem with your order, kindly get in touch with us through our communication medium within 24 hours upon receipt of the product for us to review your claim. If you do not contact us within the time frame, we would not be able to process any returns or refunds. All products must be returned to the address provided to you via email. Refunds would be processed electronically by crediting your bank account or giving you store credit.
You should expect to receive your bank/store credit within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
